Every EAYS electric golf cart is backed by a comprehensive one-year on-site warranty that covers the AC induction motor, programmable controller, onboard charger, battery pack, and all major mechanical and electrical components against manufacturing defects. Our warranty is designed to provide complete peace of mind — if something goes wrong, our technician comes to your location, diagnoses the issue, and carries out the repair on-site. There is no need to transport the vehicle to a service centre.The warranty is processed through a dedicated claims team that responds to submissions within 24 hours of receipt. Approved repairs are scheduled within 48 hours in most metropolitan areas. Our service technicians carry commonly required spare parts in their vehicles, so the majority of warranty repairs are completed in a single visit.

We maintain an inventory of genuine EAYS spare parts at regional warehouses across India, including motors, controllers, chargers, batteries, brake assemblies, suspension components, steering parts, body panels, and electrical switches. Using genuine parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and warranty compliance. Most commonly requested parts are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, and our service centres carry high-turnover parts in stock for immediate fitment.We strongly advise against using non-genuine or third-party replacement parts, as they may compromise vehicle safety, performance, and battery life. Driver Training and Operation Support
Proper operation and charging procedures significantly affect battery life and overall vehicle reliability. Every EAYS cart delivery includes on-site training for your designated drivers, covering daily pre-operation checks, correct charging procedures, safe driving practices on gradients and turns, understanding dashboard indicators, basic troubleshooting, and cleaning and storage guidelines.
