Every electric buggy that leaves our facility follows rigorous ISO-aligned fabrication, assembly, and testing protocols.
Every EAYS chassis is modeled in 3D CAD and subjected to computational stress simulations. Frame geometry is optimized specifically for rugged Indian outdoor conditions, high passenger loads, and steep golf course inclines.
Heavy-gauge tubular high-tensile steel is cut with high-precision fiber laser machines and bent on multi-axis CNC tube benders for tight dimensional tolerances and zero structural distortion.
Chassis cross-members and suspension mounting brackets are joined using continuous robotic and certified MIG/TIG welding. Every critical structural joint undergoes non-destructive penetration inspection.
To prevent rust in humid coastal resorts and saline atmospheres, frames undergo 7-tank degreasing, zinc phosphating, and hot-dip galvanization, creating a molecular barrier against corrosion.
Panels and metallic trims are primed with epoxy undercoats and finished with UV-stabilized automotive-grade polyurethane (PU) topcoats, oven-cured at controlled temperatures for rich gloss and scratch resistance.
Installation of high-efficiency 48V/72V 4.0kW–5.0kW brushless AC motors paired with intelligent Curtis/Inmotion programmable controllers featuring regenerative downhill braking.
Battery bays are outfitted with high-capacity Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) packs equipped with Smart Active Balancer BMS, over-current cutoff, and cell thermal monitoring systems.

Final inspection covering torque specs, alignment, tire pressure, electronic diagnostics, and aesthetic finish. Vehicles are securely strapped on specialized flatbed logistics carriers for Pan-India delivery.
